McMahon Mining Co. is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team. McMahon Mining Company is a growing, family-owned company specializing in mobile crushing, screening, material processing, mining, recycling, and dragline services. We bring complete mobile production spreads directly to our customers’ jobsites, processing limerock, concrete, asphalt, and other aggregate materials into finished products. Our work takes us throughout North Florida and South Georgia.

What you’ll do:
- Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently on crushing and material-processing job sites
- Operate loaders, excavators, and other heavy equipment as needed
- Load and move aggregate and other materials
- Perform daily equipment inspections and basic operator maintenance.
- Communicate with the crew to keep production moving efficiently.
- Follow all company and job-site safety procedures.
- Keep equipment and work areas clean and well maintained.
- Work outdoors in varying weather and job-site conditions.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous heavy equipment operating experience.
- Experience with loaders and/or excavators preferred.
- Strong understanding of equipment safety
- Reliable and dependable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a crew.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Reliable transpiration.
- Willingness to travel to job sites as needed.
