What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 years of assembly or manufacturing experience
- Strong mechanical/electrical aptitude
- Ability to follow written and visual work instructions, diagrams, BOMs, and schematics
- Experience with hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and task-prioritization skills
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
- Lift up to 20 lbs

What You'll Own:
- Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and work instructions
- Assemble, splice, crimp, tint, and test cable harnesses
- Perform continuity and pull tests to ensure quality standards
- Use hand and power tools, including multimeters, crimpers, and soldering equipment
- Inspect and test parts for accuracy, function, and consistency
- Communicate with team members and assist across departments as needed
- Complete minor rework on mechanical and electrical components
