Here's what we're looking for.
- 2 years in credit processing operations
- Experience with customer relationships management (CRM) sysems
- Able to take full ownership of the credit department processes/workflow
- Proficiency in QuickBooks
- Experience with processing loans/financial applications preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Open and close the office daily, ensuring smooth and professional operations
- Manage end-to-end credit application processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Review customer documentation and maintain organized, complete records
- Verify customer purchases, including payment authorization and signed agreements
- Submit and manage credit reporting to financial bureaus
- Ensure completed installations include proper photo documentation
- Track applications, customer data, and workflows using CRM systems (Monday.com)
- Utilize QuickBooks for scheduling, reporting, and financial tracking
- Participate in virtual meetings with cross-functional teams to align on operations
- Identify process gaps and implement improvements to support scalability
