- Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
- 2 years of experience in facilities maintenance, property management, or customer service.
- Experience managing commercial HVAC service operations required.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and make quick, accurate decisions.
- Professional, reliable, and customer-focused mindset.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
Work Environment:
- Hybrid schedule with remote work on Fridays.
- Office-based role with a structured, distraction-free environment.
- Requires the ability to effectively manage remote communication and coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and track HVAC work orders to ensure timely completion and service delivery.
- Communicate daily with service providers and customers via phone and email for status updates.
- Update and maintain work order systems with accurate, real-time information.
- Use Excel to organize, prioritize, and analyze work order data.
- Coordinate with internal teams on escalations, reassignments, and invoicing issues.
- Assist with dispatching work orders as needed.
- Act as the main liaison between service providers and account teams.
