Pay Rate: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
Shift: (1st Shift | 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM) (2nd Shift | 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM) (3rd Shift | 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
Training will take place on the 1st shift from 6:45 AM - 3:00 PM.

What You'll Be Doing
- Operate and adjust coating and laminating machines to ensure proper adhesive application.
- Monitor machine performance and coating quality, making real-time adjustments.
- Perform product changeovers, machine setup, and cleanups to maximize efficiency.
- Mix and prepare adhesive formulations using mechanical equipment.
- Inspect products for quality defects and ensure production standards are met.
- Use material handling equipment (forklifts, hoists, pallet jacks) to move materials.
- Work safely with industrial chemicals and solvents (MEK, Toluene).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Collaborate with team members and assist with laminating operations and production support.
- Follow all safety procedures, hazardous waste protocols, and manufacturing guidelines.
