The Daily Grind (aka What You'll Do):
- Load, unload, sort, and move product by hand or with equipment
- Pick, pack, and prep items so every order ships right
- Use handheld scanners to track product - we'll show you how
- Stay on your feet, lift up to 50 lbs, and keep pace all shift
- Follow safety rules and help keep the floor clear
- Show up steady and put in a real day's work
- Pay attention - details make the difference
- Be open to learning and improving every shift
- Work side by side with your crew - no drama, just teamwork
- Flex for different shifts or overtime when needed
