This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technology Specialist located in the Charleston, South Carolina Metropolitan Area. The Technology Specialist will be responsible for analyzing user needs, managing IT systems and projects, conducting research to identify technological solutions, and facilitating communication with clients to deliver effective services. The role also involves collaborating with teams to implement solutions that align with organizational goals.
- Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to assess and solve complex problems
- Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with teams and supporting clients
- Proficiency in Information Technology tools, systems, and troubleshooting
- Experience with Project Management processes and methodologies
- Proven ability to conduct Research and stay updated on technological trends
- Ability to work on-site and commit to a team-oriented work environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is an advantage
- Prior experience in a similar role or industry is highly beneficial
