Staffmark is hiring a Closing Assistant to support our real estate closing department. This is a great opportunity for candidates who enjoy customer service, administrative work, and learning new skills in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with New Construction Draws and help manage Closing Files
- Support the preparation and drafting of real estate closing documents
- Schedule closings and maintain accurate records and documentation
- Learn the full real estate closing process from start to finish
- Provide administrative and customer service support to ensure smooth transactions
- Keep files organized, maintain deadlines, and support team communication
What We're Looking For
- A friendly, upbeat, and customer-focused personality
- Strong computer, typing, and administrative skills
- Excellent attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Positive attitude, reliability, and strong organizational habits
- Experience in real estate, mortgage, or title work is a plus - but not required
