Pay and Schedule

Pay: $18 - $20 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire | Full-Time

What You'll Do

As an Accounts Receivable Assistant, you'll play an essential role in ensuring timely and accurate billing while supporting the finance team in day-to-day administrative tasks. You'll need strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently to meet billing deadlines.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter and verify invoice data in the company's accounting system.
  • Double-check invoices and supporting documentation for accuracy.
  • Assist the Accounts Receivable team with billing cycles and deadlines.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date records of billing and payment information.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth department operations.
  • Communicate with team members to resolve discrepancies or missing information.
  • Contribute to process improvements that enhance accuracy and efficiency.
