Schedule & Pay
- Training Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm, and Friday, 8:00 am-4:30 pm
- Post-Training Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 am-9:00 pm, and Friday, 8:00 am-7:00 pm, with one required evening shift until 9:00 pm per week
- Pay Rate: $17.20 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Contact individuals regarding past-due accounts and discuss repayment or resolution options
- Perform skip-tracing to locate updated contact and employment information
- Manage inbound and outbound account-related calls, negotiate payment arrangements, and document all interactions
- Adhere to detailed scripts, procedures, federal and state regulations, and company policies
- Collect and verify information related to wage garnishments, litigation, and other special account situations
- Maintain accurate records and collaborate with supervisors on complex or escalated accounts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; at least one year of collections experience
- Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
- Comfortable with typing, computer systems, and standard office software
- Detail-oriented with the ability to follow strict procedures and compliance requirements
- Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism
- Bilingual skills are a plus
