Account Resolution Representative
Staffmark is seeking an Account Resolution Representative to join a stable, well-established organization in Perry, NY. Hours & Pay
- Pay Rate: $17.20 per hour
Schedule
Training:
- Monday-Thursday: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
Post-Training (Flexible Schedule):
- Monday-Thursday: 8:00 AM-9:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM-7:00 PM
- Employees select an 8-hour shift within the available windows and must work one evening per week until 9:00 PM.
What You'll Do
- Contact account holders regarding delinquent balances and available repayment options
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to account resolution
- Perform skip tracing to obtain updated contact and employment information
- Negotiate payments or payment arrangements and escalate complex cases as needed
- Accurately document all interactions while following approved scripts
- Verify data for special situations such as disability, bankruptcy, or legal actions
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and internal policies
- Complete additional duties based on business needs
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 1 year of collections experience
- Strong reading, typing, and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with office procedures and computer systems
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to follow procedures and work independently
