Schedule:
- 1st Shift: 7:30AM - 4PM
- Monday - Friday
- Plus Overtime
Pay Rate:
- $17 / hour
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Data Entry – Imports Clerk with experience in import operations and documentation. The ideal candidate is bilingual (English/Spanish), proficient in Excel and Outlook, and has completed schooling (high school or higher) in a Latin American country to ensure strong Spanish grammar and written communication.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily returns processing and QC operations for apparel
- Supervise and manage a team to meet productivity and accuracy goals
- Ensure all returns are inspected and processed according to client standards
- Monitor workflow, backlog, and turnaround times
- Maintain accurate inventory transactions within the WMS
- Train staff on return procedures and quality expectations
- Handle escalations, damages, and exception cases
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and management
Job Requirements:
- MUST be bilingual - English AND Spanish
- Previous supervisory experience in a warehouse environment (returns/apparel preferred)
- Strong knowledge of quality control processes
- Experience with warehouse management systems
- Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable and professional communication skills
