Pay Rate:
- $16.63 - $16.93 / hour
Job Summary:
We are seeking dependable General Laborers to support window assembly operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role involves assembling windows and related components using materials such as glass, aluminum, vinyl, and hardware to produce high-quality finished products.
The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining safety, quality, and production standards throughout the manufacturing process.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assemble windows and related components according to production specifications
- Work with materials including glass, aluminum, vinyl, and hardware
- Follow assembly instructions to ensure product accuracy and quality
- Maintain production pace to meet daily production schedules and goals
- Inspect products to ensure they meet company quality standards
- Handle materials carefully and safely throughout the assembly process
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety procedures and operational guidelines
- Assist with additional production and general labor tasks as needed.
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks and handle various materials
- Reliable with a strong work ethic.
