Schedule:
- 1st Shift: 7:30AM – 4PM
- Monday to Friday
- Plus Overtime
Pay Rate:
- $18 - $20 hour
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Line Leader to oversee daily production line operations and support assembly team performance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for ensuring production schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently met while assisting with line setup, monitoring workflow, and maintaining accurate production records. The ideal candidate is bilingual, hands-on, and capable of leading team members while maintaining efficiency, accuracy, and organization throughout the production process.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and support production line associates during daily operations
- Ensure production schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements are met
- Communicate shortages, delays, and production issues to the Supervisor
- Set up the production line prior to shift start and verify correct materials
- Monitor assembly processes to ensure accuracy and defect-free output
- Complete hourly production tracking and Daily Assembly Reports
- Verify labeling, batch codes, and finished goods documentation
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Assist with productivity monitoring and continuous improvement efforts
- Participate in 8D report preparation, when required.
Job Requirements:
- MUST be bilingual - English AND Spanish
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 3 years of manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred
- Previous leadership or team lead experience a plus
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Lift up to 40 lbs.
- Perform repetitive motions including bending, lifting, and reaching
- Safety shoes
