Production Manager

� Full-Time | 1st Shift | Monday–Friday � 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM � $30.00 per hour

Lead a Growing Manufacturing Operation

We are seeking a hands-on, results-driven Production Manager to oversee assembly, sewing, warehouse, and shipping operations within a busy sewing manufacturing facility. This leadership role is responsible for driving production efficiency, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring customer orders are completed accurately and on time.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can work independently, effectively delegate responsibilities, solve production challenges, and motivate teams to meet demanding production schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production, assembly, sewing, warehouse, and shipping operations
• Manage production workflow to ensure efficiency and on-time delivery
• Lead, coach, and support production supervisors and team members
• Ensure products meet quality standards and customer expectations
• Develop expertise in flag and banner manufacturing processes
• Collaborate with Customer Service and Sales teams to resolve quality concerns and customer issues
• Identify production bottlenecks and implement effective solutions
• Manage labor allocation, material availability, and production scheduling
• Ensure adequate inventory levels to avoid production delays
• Coordinate maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of production equipment
• Promote and maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment
• Perform additional operational and management duties as needed

Qualifications

Required

• Previous Production Management experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience operating, maintaining, and repairing sewing equipment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and decision-making abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet production deadlines
• Experience managing production teams and workflow processes

Preferred

• Spanish bilingual
• Experience in textile, banner, flag, or sewn-product manufacturing
