- Onsite in Cleveland
- $70K-$80K, plus annual bonus opportunity
- Flexible start, 1st shift hours
- Assist with benefits administration, timekeeping, and basic HR reporting
- Process payroll in Paycom
- Handle employee relations issues, investigations, and corrective action
- Support recruiting, onboarding, and orientation for production roles
- Serve as the primary HR contact for hourly employees and supervisors
- Interpret and consistently enforce company policies
- Support safety initiatives and reinforce workplace expectations
- Maintain accurate employee records and documentation
- Be a visible, trusted presence on the plant floor
- 2 years of HR experience, manufacturing or industrial settings required
- Ability to balance approachability with accountability
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Payroll processing or administrative experience
- Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
