- Onsite in Canton
- $60K-$72K, plus an annual discretionary bonus. Profit sharing after 2 years of employment!
- 4 years of customer service or account management experience, ideally within manufacturing or printing industries
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order management
- Ability to coordinate across departments and handle multiple priorities efficiently
- Experience with ERP or MIS systems
- Problem-solving skills to address and resolve customer issues promptly:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
- No travel required, but a proactive approach to communication and problem-solving is essential
