What You'll Bring To The Table
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably within manufacturing, export, or supply chain environments (minimum 4 years).
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for proactive problem solving.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently or collaboratively.
- Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with SAP software; understanding of transportation concepts like Incoterms and shipping modes is advantageous.
- A passion for delivering outstanding service, with a proactive mindset and innovative approach to risk mitigation and process improvement.
- Experience working in international logistics and shipping.
- Knowledge of customer procurement portals and logistics documentation.
- Additional language skills or certifications in supply chain or customer service.
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Minimum of four years’ customer service experience, ideally within a manufacturing or export setting.
- Ability to support and communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners, including warehouses and carriers.
- Willingness to serve as a trainer under supervision to share best practices and enhance team capabilities.
- A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for continuous process improvements.
