HR Generalist

Responsibilities:
Assist with recruitment efforts, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new hires
Coordinate and maintain employee records, benefits, and personnel files
Provide guidance and support to employees on company policies, procedures, and benefits
Assist with employee relations, including conducting investigations, mediating conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment
Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR initiatives and best practices

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
1-2 years of experience in an HR role or related field
Experience with unions in skilled nursing preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Proficiency in HR software and systems, including HRIS and benefits administration platforms
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
