Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional customer support via phone and email
- Accurately enter and process customer orders using an ERP system
- Respond to inquiries regarding orders, deliveries, and general account questions
- Coordinate with production, shipping, and sales teams to ensure timely fulfillment
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer and order records
- Monitor and manage shared inboxes and follow up on outstanding requests
- Resolve issues efficiently and escalate concerns when appropriate
- Adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment with ongoing changes
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- High School Diploma or GED
- Prior customer service experience, ideally in a manufacturing, industrial, or order-entry setting
- Familiarity with ERP systems and data entry
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
