YOUR NEW ROLE AS OUR DISPATCHER - CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Your schedule will typically be 8 am-5 pm for three days, 11 am-8 pm for two days, and 8 am-1 pm on Saturdays (on a rotation of every four weeks).
As a Dispatcher - Customer Service Representative, you'll be the backbone of our service operations, expertly managing the ebb and flow of our busy days. You'll consistently be dispatching technicians to their next calls, providing them with crucial information to ensure successful service. Your knack for organization shines as you manage the schedule, making key decisions about the right call for each technician. You'll adeptly debrief technicians after their calls, gathering essential details and accurately entering all information into our computer software, ensuring smooth transitions and efficient dispatching throughout the day. Your keen eye for detail helps keep the dispatching process seamless, and you'll find yourself constantly engaged in the strategic art of dispatching our skilled team. Plus, you'll get to enjoy the company of our three friendly office cats!
REQUIREMENTS
- Reliable transportation to get to and from work
- Ability to navigate and learn a new computer software system quickly
