We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive OEM Sales Analyst to join our client’s team in Troy, MI (fully on-site). In this role, you will support key automotive accounts by analyzing sales data, forecasting demand, and driving insights that support strategic decision-making. What You Will Be Doing
- Act as a key point of contact supporting OEM customer accounts, ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and external partners
- Analyze sales performance, pricing, and forecasting data to provide actionable insights and support business decisions
- Support and manage OEM accounts, with a strong focus on Stellantis and General Motors relationships
- Prepare and maintain reports, dashboards, and presentations using Microsoft Excel and other tools
- Assist in pricing analysis, cost tracking, and profitability reviews for new and existing programs
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and supply chain, to support program launches and ongoing production
- Monitor market trends, customer demand, and program changes to identify risks and opportunities proactively
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning activities for key accounts
What We Need From You
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3 years of experience working in a sales or analyst role within the automotive manufacturing industry
- Fluency in Korean (required)
- Experience supporting OEM customers, specifically Stellantis and/or General Motors
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in a cross-functional environment
