This is a full-time direct hire opportunity.
What You Will Be Doing
- Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound customer calls, emails, and support requests
- Manage customer inquiries within a CRM system and ensure requests are routed to the appropriate teams
- Proactively communicate with customers regarding order updates, issues, and resolutions
- Assist with administrative and office support tasks while helping improve internal processes
- Prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment while delivering outstanding customer service
What We Need From You
To be considered for this role, candidates must have the following experience and skills:
- 1–10 years of customer service experience within a manufacturing environment
- Experience working with CRM and/or ERP systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Excellent organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively
- A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to take on a variety of responsibilities
All-Star Skillset
The ideal candidate will also have any or all of the following preferred experience and skills:
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in purchasing or supply chain
- Additional experience utilizing CRM platforms
- Administrative or office management experience
- A detail-oriented, process-driven approach with a knack for improving workflows
