This is a full-time, onsite opportunity in the Lexington, KY area with relocation assistance available.
What You Will Be Doing
- Lead all plant supply chain operations, including inventory control, receiving, warehousing, packaging, logistics, transportation, and shipping.
- Manage the complete flow of materials and information from suppliers through production to customer delivery.
- Oversee inventory reduction initiatives and drive continuous improvement across the entire supply chain.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of approximately 25 direct and indirect reports while fostering a culture of accountability and performance.
- Analyze logistics processes and implement improvements aligned with the company's production system.
- Drive SAP optimization initiatives to improve efficiency and streamline plant operation.
- Partner with suppliers and customers to improve delivery performance, facilitate escalation meetings, and resolve supply chain challenges.
- Manage departmental budgets while supporting a growing manufacturing operation serving multiple automotive OEM programs.
What We Need From You
To be considered for this role, candidates must have the following experience and skills:
- 7 years of progressive supply chain experience within a Tier 1 automotive manufacturing environment.
- 3 years of leadership experience managing supply chain or logistics team.
- Strong background in inventory management, logistics, warehousing, and material flow.
- Experience in driving process improvements and implementing operational efficiency.
- Working knowledge of SAP or an ERP system.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with multiple production lines and customers.

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Advanced SAP experience, including process optimization initiatives.
- Experience managing supply chain operations within high-volume automotive manufacturing plants.
- Proven success in improving supplier performance and logistics delivery quality.
- Experience managing departmental budgets and strategic supply chain initiatives.

Salary : $125,000 - $140,000
