We carry an extensive selection of natural stone slabs, luxury vinyl plank flooring, tile, and cabinetry — all sourced directly from importers to offer our clients high-end materials at competitive prices. Our customers range from homeowners remodeling their kitchens and bathrooms to contractors and designers working on large residential and commercial projects.
About the Role
As our Customer Service & Sales Support Representative, you'll be the face of Stontek for every customer who walks through our doors or reaches out by phone. You'll handle inbound inquiries, follow up with leads our sales team generates, and make sure no potential customer falls through the cracks.
What You'll Do
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers at our Waterford Township showroom, understanding their project needs and guiding them through our product offerings
- Make outbound calls to leads generated by marketing campaigns, qualifying their interest and keeping them engaged through the decision process
- Answer inbound phone calls and respond to inquiries professionally and promptly
- Send quotes and estimates prepared by the sales team to customers and follow up to move conversations forward
- Log all customer interactions and update lead status in our CRM (HubSpot) after each touchpoint
- Coordinate scheduling and follow-ups for measure appointments and installations
- Maintain a clean, organized showroom experience that reflects the quality of our products
What We're Looking For
Required:
- Prior experience in customer service, inside sales, or a client-facing role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills — clear, warm, and professional
- Comfortable making outbound calls and following up consistently without prompting
- Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple leads and conversations at once
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player who takes ownership of their responsibilities
Nice to Have:
- Experience in home improvement, construction, or building materials
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot or similar)
