We’re partnering with a rapidly growing, innovative organization in the manufacturing space to find a Corporate Accounting Manager. This is a unique opportunity to step into a highly visible role where you’ll own the close process, drive accounting operations, and help build scalable processes as the company continues to expand.
What You Will Be Doing
- Own and manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Maintain balance sheet integrity and oversee account reconciliations
- Prepare and review journal entries (accruals, prepaids, adjustments)
- Act as the primary contact for external auditors and support audit processes
- Drive process improvements, automation, and internal controls
- Support ERP system optimization (SAP or similar)
- Partner cross-functionally with FP&A, operations, and leadership teams
- Help align corporate and plant accounting functions across multiple sites
What We Need From You
To be considered for this role, candidates must have the following experience and skills:
- 5–8 years of progressive accounting experience
- Experience in owning the month-end close
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP or similar preferred)
- Multi-site accounting experience

Salary : $125,000 - $130,000
