Support Engineer

StaffBright is looking to hire a highly skilled Hybrid Desktop Support Engineer II to join our client’s growing IT team in Southfield, MI. This role plays a critical part in maintaining high levels of employee satisfaction, system reliability, and overall workplace technology performance.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Provide advanced Tier 2 desktop and end-user support for enterprise environments, ensuring timely resolution of hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Support and administer Microsoft technologies, including Active Directory, Entra ID, Intune, Group Policy, and core networking services such as DNS and DHCP.
• Assist with endpoint management, device provisioning, and remote installation of software across laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, and conference room A/V systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within Microsoft enterprise environments while leveraging IT service management tools such as ServiceNow to document, track, and manage support tickets.
• Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of IT processes, documentation, and end-user support procedures to enhance efficiency and service quality.

What We Need From You:

• Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft enterprise environments, including Active Directory, Entra ID, Intune, Group Policy, and/or core networking concepts such as DNS and DHCP.
• Strong experience supporting end-user devices and peripherals, including laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, and conference room A/V equipment in a corporate environment.
• Familiarity with endpoint management tools, remote software deployment, and desktop automation within an enterprise IT setting.
• Experience working with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow is highly preferred.
