Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project teams to independently drive project controls activities throughout the project life cycle, including major and expansion projects, in accordance with established guidelines and procedures.
- Define and implement schedule strategies utilizing advanced Earned Value Management (EVM), critical path analysis, and scenario-based schedule assessments, while developing and maintaining risk management plans and registers.
- Review contracts and contractor deliverables for compliance with project controls requirements and contribute to process improvements, system enhancements, and project reporting activities.
- Provide training, mentorship, and knowledge transfer to project teams and junior project controls analysts while preparing and presenting performance reports and variance analyses.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Science/Management, Business, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 8-15 years of experience in Project Management, Project Controls, Engineering, Construction, or related fields.
- Advanced knowledge of the project life cycle, and demonstrated proficiency in project-related software systems and analytical tools.
- Ability to communicate schedule status and key risk areas, develop innovative solutions, and provide leadership and training to project controls personnel.
