Job Title: Senior Financial Systems Analyst

Location: Kansas City, Missouri (On-site)

Job Summary: We are seeking a driven professional to provide key support for finance systems and process enhancements within a dynamic and collaborative team. Our team empowers the finance function’s strategic growth by driving analysis, technology adoption, and process transformation across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Participate in process and system analysis, gathering business requirements, assessing current processes, and helping develop future-state system solutions.
• Collaborate with end users and transformation teams to influence future-state process design and ensure functional as well as compliance needs are met.
• Assist with the design, execution, and validation of finance-related test scenarios, as well as provide feedback and support for training and deployment activities.
• Adapt to shifting priorities and solve complex problems proactively in a fast-changing business environment.
  
  

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, information systems, or equivalent plus a minimum of eight years of related experience.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and business analysis activities; familiarity with JIRA is a plus.
• Solid understanding of finance operations, including AP/AR, GL, project costing, financial reporting, and timekeeping/payroll functions.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, strong analytical/problem-solving abilities, and effective communication and client service skills.
