Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve computer hardware, software, and network issues at branch locations.
- Utilize ticketing systems to manage and document technical service requests and resolution steps.
- Travel to assigned branch locations within territory using a company-provided vehicle for on-site support.
- Engage with end users and internal teams to deliver excellent customer service and provide training or troubleshooting assistance as needed.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to company branch locations as part of the regular work schedule.
- Mandatory completion of Dell (5 hours), Lenovo (6 hours), and HP (10 hours) hardware certifications.
- CompTIA A certification.
- Experience with computer troubleshooting, ticketing system software, RDP, and basic network knowledge.
