Key Responsibilities
- Participate in process and system analysis, including gathering business requirements, assessing current processes, and supporting future-state system design.
- Contribute to future-state finance process planning and design across key areas such as Source to Pay, Record to Report, and Contract to Close.
- Provide input on current-state pain points, desired outcomes, and integration requirements.
- Assist in the design and execution of finance-related test scenarios.
- Adapt to changing priorities and support problem-solving in a dynamic environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- 8 years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience with Agile methodologies; JIRA experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of core finance processes (AP, AR, GL, project costing, financial reporting, payroll/timekeeping).
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with Oracle EBS and/or Oracle Fusion, Microsoft Power BI, ERP implementations, and cross-functional project work preferred.
