Position: Financial Systems Analyst
Compensation: $50 - $65 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Kansas City, Missouri

Join a dynamic team at a leading company as a Financial Systems Analyst. In this role, you'll support the Finance Technology team by enhancing current systems and contributing to future innovations. Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Conduct process and system analysis to develop future state designs
- Collaborate with users to prioritize and guide team success
- Shape future-state finance processes across key domains
- Assist in designing and executing finance-related test scenarios
- Contribute to deployment planning and go-live readiness
- Approach ambiguity with a solution-oriented mindset
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or information systems
- Minimum of eight years of related experience
- Experience with Agile and business analysis activities
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with Oracle EBS and/or Fusion
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- JIRA expertise
- Experience with Microsoft Power BI
- ERP transformations and cross-functional projects
