Position: Director of Civil Engineering
Compensation: $150,000 - $190,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Lead the Civil Engineering discipline across the firm
- Mentor and develop civil engineering staff
- Support business development and client meetings
- Oversee project managers, engineers, and designers
- Monitor staffing levels and workload distribution
- Champion QA/QC processes and technical standards
- Collaborate with surveying, geotechnical, and other consultants
- Support budgeting and financial performance
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) license and NCEES Registration
- 15 years of civil engineering experience
- Minimum of 5 years in a leadership or management role
- Experience in multidisciplinary design environments
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with integrated project delivery
- Familiarity with surveying and geotechnical collaboration
- Proficiency in budgeting and forecasting
