Position: Financial Analyst
Compensation: $80,000 - $95,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Step into a dynamic role where you'll be the backbone of financial insights and strategic planning for a leading healthcare organization. This opportunity has arisen due to the previous analyst moving on, and now, they're looking for someone who can bring their expertise in Excel and healthcare-related financial analysis to the table. You'll be working closely with executive leadership, making a real impact on decision-making processes. This is your chance to shine in a role that values precision and analytical prowess!
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Develop and maintain cost accounting data
- Prepare and interpret financial and statistical information
- Perform in-depth analyses using advanced report writing skills
- Assist in database management of decision support systems
- Prepare and distribute daily reports to operations team
- Support monthly financial close processes
- Create proformas and ROI analysis for capital requests
- Engage in monthly meetings with department leaders
- Collaborate with executive leadership team
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance related field
- 3 - 5 years experience in Healthcare
- Proficiency in Excel (sum-ifs, x-lookups, pivot tables)
- Advanced report writing skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with Oracle and Premier systems
- Healthcare industry experience is a plus
- Familiarity with labor management reports
- Understanding of financial statement line items
