Position: Loan Review Analyst
Compensation: $75,000 - $90,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

As a Loan Review Analyst, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of loan review processes, with the potential to grow into a managerial role. This position offers the chance to make impactful contributions and eventually hire and manage a team.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Conduct internal loan reviews and audits
- Evaluate asset quality and compliance
- Analyze underwriting accuracy and loan risk ratings
- Identify risks and risk trends
- Review commercial loan files and collateral evaluations
- Improve audit processes and procedures
- Ensure adherence to banking regulations
- Collaborate on process improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field
- Experience in credit or financial analysis with underwriting ability
- Loan review experience required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of commercial lending policies and procedures
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience as a bank examiner or audit professional
- Understanding of UCC, appraisals, and loan documents
- Advanced skills in financial ratios and accounting principles
