Position: Business Analyst
Compensation: $35 - $60 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

As a Business Analyst, you will bridge the gap between departments and a technical team, identifying data needs and process improvements. Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Act as a liaison between departments and the technical team
- Identify and document data needs and process gaps
- Communicate requirements to the technical team
- Track progress of AI solutions implementation
- Engage with various departments to understand their data requirements
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of IT Business Analyst experience
- Experience in the Oil & Gas industry
- Basic understanding of AI applications
- Strong communication and documentation skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with SQL and data visualization tools
- Ability to perform data analysis and create reports
