Enterprise Project Coordinator

Position: Enterprise Project Coordinator

Compensation: $95,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Katy, Texas

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Enterprise Project Coordinator to join their team!

This is a strong opportunity for a detail-driven project professional who enjoys bringing structure, visibility, and momentum to a fast-moving portfolio environment. In this role, you’ll help support enterprise-level project coordination, reporting, and governance efforts that directly influence planning, prioritization, and decision-making across the business.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Support portfolio governance and reporting processes.
• Maintain accurate data across schedules, risks, and financials.
• Build executive dashboards and presentation materials.
• Track portfolio KPIs and performance indicators.
• Analyze resource capacity and identify potential constraints.
• Partner with Finance on business cases and tracking.
• Support prioritization, planning, and investment discussions.
• Improve reporting workflows and data quality.
• Coordinate with project and resource managers.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years of relevant project coordination experience.
• Experience supporting PMO or multi-project portfolio environments.
• Strong skills in resource management and financial tracking.
• Experience with executive reporting and portfolio dashboards.
• Proficiency in Power BI and Excel.
• Experience communicating insights to stakeholders and leadership.
• Familiarity with portfolio, risk, and change management concepts.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with Planview, Jira, or Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Project or Smartsheet.
• Experience with Power Automate.
• Background in consulting or enterprise PMO support.
• Experience creating presentations in PowerPoint.
• Exposure to scenario planning or capacity modeling.
• Experience improving reporting processes and automation.
