Position: Enterprise Project Coordinator and Resource Planner
Compensation: $80,000-$90,000
Location: Onsite, Katy, Texas

Responsibilities:

• Support the Enterprise PMO in coordinating projects and initiatives across the organization.
• Assist with budget tracking and allocation activities across multiple business units.
• Maintain and update resource planning spreadsheets to support project staffing and capacity planning.
• Coordinate with leaders and stakeholders across departments to ensure resource availability and alignment with project priorities.
• Track project and portfolio metrics, resource utilization, and budget-related information.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for PMO leadership and business stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication between project teams and business units to ensure timely information sharing and issue resolution.
• Help identify resource constraints, scheduling conflicts, and opportunities to improve utilization across projects.
• Support project governance processes, documentation, and administrative activities as needed.

• Experience in project coordination
• Proficiency in spreadsheet use
• Strong resource planning skills in a cross functional environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

• Experience in enterprise PMO environments
• Background in budget management
• Familiarity with cross-functional team dynamics
