Job Title: Lead Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated professional to support our team in delivering impactful solutions for credit card rewards and lending products. Responsibilities

• Conduct daily stand-up meetings and ensure the development team has an assigned backlog.
• Collaborate with product owners to maintain a steady flow of functional stories for development.
• Lead requirements gathering sessions and track existing requirements and any changes.
• Document technical requirements and ensure clear communication between all team members.
  
  

Required

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8-10 years of professional experience in business systems analysis with expertise in Jira and SAFe Agile principles.
• Ability to write acceptance criteria modeling Gherkin scripts and proficiency with documenting technical requirements in the form of functional requirements.
• Experience with Confluence, Cucumber or other automation test scripting, and a consumer mindset.
