Responsibilities
- Conduct daily stand-up meetings and ensure the development team has an assigned backlog.
- Collaborate with product owners to maintain a steady flow of functional stories for development.
- Lead requirements gathering sessions and track existing requirements and any changes.
- Document technical requirements and ensure clear communication between all team members.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 8-10 years of professional experience in business systems analysis with expertise in Jira and SAFe Agile principles.
- Ability to write acceptance criteria modeling Gherkin scripts and proficiency with documenting technical requirements in the form of functional requirements.
- Experience with Confluence, Cucumber or other automation test scripting, and a consumer mindset.
