Job Title: MCS Associate Quality Control

Location: Thousand Oaks, California (On-site)

Job Summary: We are seeking driven and detail-oriented professionals to join our team supporting regulated Quality Control laboratory operations. Our team values a collaborative attitude, strong time management, and a commitment to laboratory excellence in a dynamic, process-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine laboratory procedures and analytical testing in compliance with established methods and cGMP standards.
• Accurately document, calculate, interpret, and enter laboratory data in a timely manner, ensuring data integrity.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instruments and specialized equipment as needed.
• Maintain a compliant, inspection-ready workspace and up-to-date laboratory documentation, supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
  
  

Required

• High school diploma or GED with 2 years of work or military experience, or an Associate’s degree with 6 months of work or military experience.
• Proficiency in fundamental laboratory skills and ability to follow established laboratory procedures accurately.
• Demonstrated reliability, strong organizational skills, and effective collaboration within a team environment.
• Ability to work in a highly regulated QC laboratory, adhering to safety guidelines and cGMP requirements.
