Responsibilities
- Perform routine laboratory procedures and analytical testing in compliance with established methods and cGMP standards.
- Accurately document, calculate, interpret, and enter laboratory data in a timely manner, ensuring data integrity.
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instruments and specialized equipment as needed.
- Maintain a compliant, inspection-ready workspace and up-to-date laboratory documentation, supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
- High school diploma or GED with 2 years of work or military experience, or an Associate’s degree with 6 months of work or military experience.
- Proficiency in fundamental laboratory skills and ability to follow established laboratory procedures accurately.
- Demonstrated reliability, strong organizational skills, and effective collaboration within a team environment.
- Ability to work in a highly regulated QC laboratory, adhering to safety guidelines and cGMP requirements.
