Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (On-Site)

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled professional to support and enhance an enterprise deployment environment, ensuring reliability and scalability for mission-critical applications. Our team values adaptability, technical expertise, and a collaborative mindset focused on continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support and engineering for enterprise deployment solutions, including after-hours change controls.
• Upgrade platform versions and oversee installations, configurations, and administration of deployment tools.
• Plan and execute software upgrades using prior experience in similar projects, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption.
• Mentor junior team members and actively contribute to team initiatives and technology growth.
  
  

Required

• Minimum 4 years hands-on expertise with IBM UrbanCode Deploy (uDeploy), including installation, configuration, and administration.
• Experience with onboarding users, managing licenses, and building/supporting custom and vendor-provided plugins.
• Proficiency in coding languages such as Groovy, Ansible, and Python, with experience automating engineering tasks and supporting integration solutions.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work in a virtual environment and adapt to new technologies and requirements.
