Job Title: HR Assistant

Location: Salt Lake City, Utah (On-site)

Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable professional to join our team supporting organizational onboarding and offboarding. Our team plays a pivotal role in managing contractor transitions while ensuring excellent customer service for internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding processes, including gathering equipment requirements and contact information from managers and suppliers.
• Provide regular tracking updates and process badge requests for individuals working on-site.
• Analyze data and generate reports to support clear identification of offboarding populations and monitor equipment return status.
• Communicate with supplier and technology teams to facilitate timely equipment returns and maintain accurate records.
  
  

Required

• Intermediate proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and SharePoint.
• Demonstrated strong time management, customer service, and effective communication skills.
• Experience in staffing or administrative environments is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site five days a week, Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm.
