Job Title: Research and Development Associate

Location: Cambridge, Massachusetts (On-site)

Job Summary: We are seeking highly motivated scientific talent to join our team in a dynamic research and development setting. Our team focuses on advancing therapeutic protein design, optimization, and production to support next-generation innovations for patients experiencing immunological, neurodegenerative, and muscular diseases.

Responsibilities

• Produce antibodies and recombinant proteins using transient expression and stable cell pool approaches.
• Prepare plasmid DNA and conduct plate-based characterization assays (such as ELISA and MSD) to evaluate protein expression and binding.
• Prepare and analyze samples for flow cytometry–based binding or expression assessments.
• Document experiments, results, and protocols in accordance with internal standards.
  
  

Required

• Antibody/protein expression experience in CHO cells using shake flasks.
• Strong mammalian cell culture technique.
• Experience with plate-based protein characterization assays.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated attention to documentation and record-keeping.
