Job Summary: We are representing an opportunity for a detail-driven Product Operations Manager to help support efficient, well-coordinated product operations within a dynamic environment. This position is ideal for someone who can bring structured problem-solving, strong organizational thinking, and a hands-on approach to improving business processes and operational execution.

Responsibilities

• Drive business process improvement efforts to strengthen operational efficiency and cross-functional coordination.
• Support business operations by organizing workstreams, tracking priorities, and helping maintain clear process flow.
• Use advanced Excel and AirTable to manage data, maintain records, and support operational reporting.
• Contribute to product operations initiatives by applying Nike Global Operations, Nike Experience, and Nike & Jordan product experience where relevant to the work.

• Business Process Improvement experience is required.
• AirTable experience is required.
• Keynote experience is required.
• Business Operations experience is required.
• Nike Global Operations experience is required.
