Job Title: Senior Supplier Quality Engineer

Location: Bedford, Minnesota (On-Site)

Job Summary: We are supporting the search for a Senior Supplier Quality Engineer for a high-impact quality and manufacturing environment. This position plays a critical role in supplier quality, process validation, and cross-functional problem solving to help drive consistent performance and support production goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead process validation and verification activities across plastic, metal, and electronics components.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality partners on design for manufacturability, part risk management, and CTS/CTQ assessment.
• Support supplier qualification efforts, including audits, quality agreements, change notice agreements, and corrective action follow-up.
• Investigate defects, manage supplier-related quality issues, and contribute to continuous improvement through trend analysis and problem solving.
  
  

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• 3 years of engineering experience, with manufacturing engineering and/or product quality experience preferred.
• In-depth product manufacturing and quality experience in process validation and verification.
• Subject matter knowledge in IQ, OQ, PQ, with experience in process validation, verification, and TMV.
• Experience with plastic, metal, and electronics commodities.
• Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills with high attention to detail.
