Location: Santa Ana, California (On-site)

Job Summary: We are seeking an accomplished professional to provide engineering and technical expertise for a facilities maintenance team, driving the execution of capital, renovation, and upgrade projects. Our team values individuals who can deliver operational growth by managing projects and ensuring adherence to regulations and standards.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of facility-related projects through effective planning, resource and scope management, and risk identification.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of contractors and service providers for specialized tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and other departments to support operational and organizational needs.
• Maintain project documentation, oversee facility layout alterations, and ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards.
  
  

Required

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum five years of experience supporting facilities and manufacturing startup, maintenance, or engineering functions.
• At least two years of experience executing infrastructure or facility improvement projects.
• Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Santa Ana, California will be considered.
