Job Title: Associate Supply Chain (Dispensing)

Location: Thousand Oaks, California (On-Site)

Job Summary: We are representing this company on an opportunity for an Associate Supply Chain (Dispensing) to support material processing, picking, dispensing, staging, and delivery within a fast-paced biotech warehouse environment. This position plays an important part in maintaining safe, accurate, and compliant operations that support manufacturing activities and ongoing operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Process, pick, dispense, stage, and deliver materials needed for biopharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Follow SOPs, cGMP requirements, GDP standards, safety procedures, and cleanroom gowning protocols.
• Support warehouse material handling, PIV use, Kanban consumables management, and external warehouse activities as needed.
• Identify operational issues, communicate concerns, assist with continuous improvement efforts, and support inspections and audit readiness.
  
  

Required

• High school diploma or GED with 2 years of work or military experience, or an associate degree with 6 months of work or military experience.
• Ability to work 100% onsite and support rotating day and swing shifts, including weekend and holiday schedules as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. and push or pull heavy loads using material handling equipment.
• Strong attention to detail, proactive mindset, team orientation, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Proficient math skills and willingness to work under general direction in a warehouse and cleanroom-adjacent environment.
