Lead IT Financial Analyst

📍 Location: Remote - U.S., flexible time zones
💰 Pay Rate: $50/hr - $55/hr

Duration: 6 month contract

As a key partner to IT leadership and finance teams, you will:

• Own IT Financial Planning & Analysis - Develop budgets, forecasts, and track actual vs. planned spend
• Build Financial Models - Evaluate IT investments, projects, and strategic initiatives
• Drive Cost Optimization - Identify opportunities to improve IT spend efficiency
• Deliver Insights & Reporting - Create dashboards, variance analysis, and KPI tracking
• Support IT Projects - Provide end-to-end financial guidance across project lifecycles
• Partner Cross-Functionally - Collaborate with IT, Finance, and business stakeholders
• Influence Strategy - Advise leadership on investments, vendor decisions, and resource allocation
• Analyze Trends - Identify cost drivers and improvement opportunities in IT spending
  
  

We're prioritizing candidates with:

✔ Strong financial modeling and forecasting expertise
✔ Proven collaboration with IT and cross-functional teams
✔ Experience supporting project financials and lifecycle forecasting
✔ Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
✔ Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly

• 5-7 years of financial analysis experience (IT finance preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Advanced Excel and financial tools expertise (ERP experience a plus)
• Strong understanding of budgeting, reporting, and financial controls
