What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Controls Director position at SRG?
We're currently hiring a Project Controls Director to do Project Leadership & Oversight in our client's API manufacturing facility. This is a contract position located onsite in Indianapolis, Indiana. Pharmaceutical experience preferred, Oil and Gas considered.
On a day to day basis you will provide to senior leadership (executive stakeholders):
- A data-driven plan vs. actual narrative
- Clear visibility into trends, variances, and outcomes
- Eliminate ambiguity around performance accountability.
- Primavera P6 expertise (hard requirement) - must be hands-on.
- Proven experience leading earned value and performance management on large, complex capital projects.
- Strong construction-phase project controls or CAPEX PM background.
- Mega-project experience (pharma preferred but can be oil and gas)
- Demonstrated ability to confidently communicate project performance to senior leadership.
- High level of ownership, initiative, and accountability.

This role is focused on execution control and performance visibility, not startup planning.

This is a long-term contract role with a rate of $130-$150/hr, all-inclusive.
