What are the responsibilities and job description for the App Administrator/Platform Configuration (OnePlan or other) position at SRG?
Our client is looking for a OnePlan Administrator - Mid‑Level (3-4 Years Experience), or similar tools to OnePlan - Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Planview, Monday.com. This is a hybrid or potential remote position!
Experienced administrator owning platform configuration, process enablement, and stakeholder partnership, with growing influence on PMO effectiveness.
W2 Contract - 6 months with extension.

Key Responsibilities
- Independently administer, configure, and optimize OnePlan to support portfolio, project, and resource management
- Partner with PMO leadership to align the platform with governance, intake, and prioritization processes
- Design and maintain advanced reports, dashboards, and Excel‑based analytics for leadership and finance
- Proactively identify data quality issues, adoption gaps, and process improvement opportunities
- Lead onboarding, training sessions, and user enablement efforts
- Serve as primary contact for vendor support, upgrades, and enhancements
- Create and own platform documentation, standards, and best practices
- Support cross‑tool integrations or downstream reporting (where applicable)
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of OnePlan or enterprise PPM platform administration experience
- Strong working knowledge of project, portfolio, and resource management practices
- Advanced Excel skills (complex formulas, pivots, data modeling)
- Create new processes, handle testing and configuring
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive‑ready messaging
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders
- Experience supporting PMO or enterprise IT governance models
